Christmas and Winter Blog Templates

This post is all about how you can give your blog a little Christmas (or "holiday") spirit. Several designers offer free Christmas blog templates (which you install yourself). A few others make custom premade templates that are for sell for a small fee. Some premades include installation and some don't, so be sure to check before purchasing if that is important to you.

Lena at Simply Fabulous Blogger Templates has once again outdone herself. She has created several gorgeous winter and Christmas templates and all for free!

Louise at Adori Graphics has a few free holiday templates that are so cute and festive, and she has two holiday Twitter backgrounds she offers free also.

Dawn at Almost Ready Blogs has three adorable holiday templates that she provides free. While you're there check out her neat Advent wreath.





Amy Bayliss at Split Decisionz has a cute Christmas Blogger template available free.





Template Mama has an incredible amount of free holiday templates, some cute and some sophisticated, definitely something for everyone.





Butterflygirlms Blog Designs has several templates available, some Christmas and some winter, all fantastic! 



Premade Templates for Sale:




Erin, Amy and Lauren at Designer Blogs offer gorgeous premade holiday templates, which include installation. I was up late one night last week and decided to buy a holiday template for my personal blog, Moving Forward. The template was installed less than 30 minutes later!




April at April Showers offers premade Christmas templates OR she can give your current template a few festive changes, which I think is SO cool!






Emily Joy at Rainy Day Blog Design has a few holiday premades available. They are really cute and include a lot of extras.


 LeeLou Blog Designs has several holiday premade layouts that will satisfy the inner-scrapper in you!

Free Valentines Templates and Backgrounds

If you like your blog to change for seasons and holidays, there are some beautiful and creative templates and backgrounds available.

Lena at Simply Fabulous Blogger Templates just made four free Valentine's Day templates available. Below are two of that I think are just lovely and would work well for marriage or relationship blogs! The titles on the templates are her name for the design, and your blog title will replace it once you have installed the templates (she has an awesome tutorial on how to install your template - REMEMBER to backup your blog before changing anything!).

Want to spice up your blog for Valentine's Day but don't have time to save and replace widget's and other sidebar items? Well, blog backgrounds are the way to go and Izzie Grace Blog Backgrounds has created several new Valentine's backgrounds that are so cute! Below is just one of the twelve "love" backgrounds she has available.

LeeLou Blog Designs has created a free Valentine's desktop (below) which is just adorable! Also, they created some sweet buttons you can add to your sidebar or post on the special "love" day, February 14th.
